About Felicia
Bio
Felicia D. Williams is an innovative event producer and impact strategist with over 15 years of experience advancing corporate and nonprofit impact through event production, brand strategy, and fundraising. A Howard University graduate, she has worked across New York City, Washington, D.C., and Philadelphia. In 2016, she founded HiTouch Enterprises, a multi-division company that has grown to include HiTouch Events, HiTouch Luxury Charter Services, and HiTouch Solutions. Collectively, the company has raised over $11 million for nonprofits and produced more than 300 events, programs, and strategic campaigns.
A committed community advocate, Felicia champions education equity, violence reduction, women’s equality, and economic access for marginalized communities. She is Founder and President of the Influencing Action Movement, a past Chair of the Philadelphia Commission on Women, and serves on several nonprofit boards.
She holds a BBA in Marketing from Howard University, a certification in Content Strategy from Northwestern University, and a master’s degree in Adult and Organizational Development from Temple University.

In 2024 HiTouch introduced HiTouch Luxury Charter Services. The premium black car service provides executive transportation, VIP transfers, and curated hospitality experiences that extend the HiTouch Standard beyond the venue. Together, Felicia and her husband Craig Williams have cultivated a complementary leadership partnership grounded in operational excellence and intentional scaling.

HiTouch Solutions is a business operational support platform serving entrepreneurs, freelancers, and small business. More than a consulting arm, HiTouch Solutions also creates a trusted ecosystem for shared opportunities and strategic growth. The platform provides enterprise-level administrative infrastructure, staffing support services, and contract management services — allowing growing businesses to access professional systems and operational capacity typically reserved for larger organizations. Influencing Action Movement (IAM)
Founded by Felicia D. Williams in 2012, the Influencing Action Movement is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering high school students & young professionals through mentorship, career exploration, and leadership development. Through its annual youth IAM Mentoring conferences, networking events, and fiscal sponsorship of aligned community initiatives, IAM creates pathways for the next generation to dream bigger and act boldly. IAM operates at the intersection of education equity, economic access, and community advancement.
